Brad joined Wichita Concrete Pipe, Inc. in 1986 as a technical sales engineer. Today, he is a senior vice president, responsible for the profit/loss statement for Wichita Concrete Pipe, Inc. and McPherson Concrete Products, Inc. and business development for all companies. Brad has more than 30 years of industry experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. He is involved in the community, regularly donating blood to the American Red Cross, supporting Beauties and Beasts and attending St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Brad is married with three sons and enjoys being in or around water, fishing and camping.

Biography:

Dan joined McPherson Concrete Companies in 2011. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he serves as our corporate treasurer and controller, which includes managing the accounting, human resources, payroll and Information Technology departments. Dan has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University. He has been actively involved in the community for many years and currently serves as an assistant youth baseball coach and a member of the Hutchinson Community College Business Management Advisory Board. In his spare time, Dan and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with their two grandchildren.

Employed with Wichita Concrete Pipe, Inc. since 2009, Jeff is the general manager of our Wichita operations. He has more than a decade of industry experience, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Jeff is involved in the community, volunteering at the Lord’s Diner and coaching basketball at both the YMCA and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and participating in a tennis league.

Dustin joined McPherson Concrete Companies in 2013. As the construction manager for McPherson Concrete Storage Systems, Inc., he manages and coordinates construction activities, starting from pre-construction meetings all the way to final walkthroughs. He maintains constant communication with customers and subcontractors, and he works internally with the engineering and quality control team. Dustin has more than 10 years of industry experience and a Bachelor of Science in Technology degree with an emphasis in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University. He is involved in the community through youth athletics and coaching. Dustin is married with two sons, and he enjoys spending time playing sports, hunting and fishing with his family.

Biography:

Tom joined McPherson Concrete Companies in 2017 and serves as the engineering manager for all divisions. He has 25 years of industry experience, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in eight states and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Tom is an active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Newton, Kansas, and he volunteers with the Newton High School Athletic Department. He has been married for nearly 30 years and has four children and one grandchild. In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing the guitar and piano.

Nick joined McPherson Concrete Companies in 2006. He is the plant manager at Wichita Concrete Pipe, Inc. Nick attended Emporia State University and has more than 20 years of industry experience. He is involved in the community through his sons’ Boy Scouts troop. Nick is married with three children, and he enjoys spending time camping, hiking, fishing and visiting mountains with his family.

Biography:

Chuck joined McPherson Concrete Companies as safety director in 2018. His role encompasses safety and hazardous waste, and he is responsible for all audits (OSHA and EPA), new hire orientation, our Lockout/Tagout Program, confined space training, fall protection and inspection, accident investigation and incident reporting. Chuck has more than 30 years of industry experience and has completed numerous safety training courses and certifications. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys surfing and fishing.

Biography:

Jacob is the drafting manager of our pipe/precast division, which involves ensuring our product submittal drawings/packages are clearly defined and submitted in a timely manner. His role also includes project management, time management and people management. Jacob has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Design Engineering. He is involved in the community through his adult ice hockey team that benefits children diagnosed with cancer, and he coaches a high school hockey team. Jacob is married with a daughter, and as a family, they enjoy fostering/rescuing animals, visiting new destinations and going on adventures.

Biography:

Joining our team in 2022 with seven years of industry experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Pittsburg State University, Josh Dolan is our construction manager at McPherson Concrete Companies. In his position, he oversees logistics, coordination, scheduling, and management of construction activities within the McPherson Concrete crews, as well as subcontractors and millwright contractors for each project. He can be found golfing, hunting, or fishing in his spare time.
